Course details:

This course is packed full of practical ideas to help you introduce the elements of earth, air, fire, water & spirit into your garden, yard or balcony, helping you create an outdoor space that is a spiritual sanctuary - a clam refuge from the stresses of everyday life and a soothing balm for your heart and soul.

By the end of this course, students will:

• Know how each of the classical elements: earth, air, fire, water & spirit represent a unique set of properties and concepts.

• Understand ways in which they can introduce the elements into their gardens or outdoor space in order to enhance the magical and spiritual energies and aesthetics.  

• Be able to incorporate and enhance the elements in their own garden, patio, balcony or other outdoor space.

Textbooks and other materials are not a requirement of this course. Links to additional resources and recommended book titles have been provided but are not essential for completion. 

Assessment & Certificate:

This course has been graded as having a 'light' coursework load. Which equates to 0 - 1 hours of additional, independent work. Students will be required to submit coursework in the form of: pre and post course evaluation surveys and a short written assignment.

There are no deadlines for turning in coursework and students are free to work through each module at their own time and pace. A certificate of completion can be accessed in the final module, which can then be downloaded and printed.
